This page explains what data axelloupeda.com collects, why, and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
Axel Loupeda, sole proprietor (EI), SIREN 844 568 576, 8 rue du Capitaine Bernard, 97300 Cayenne, French Guiana, France. Contact: ledahconsulting@gmail.com.
Data we collect
The contact form collects the type of request, your name, work email, organisation, event date, location, format, expected audience, indicative budget and message. Only the type of request, name, email, organisation and message are required.
Sessions are booked on Cal.com, which collects the information you enter there (contact details and answers to the preparation questionnaire) under its own privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never pass through this site or through Axel Loupeda. Sessions take place on Google Meet.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared. It is only passed to the technical providers needed: Netlify for the form and website hosting, Cal.com for bookings, Stripe for payments and Google for video calls. These providers may be located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Requests are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and third-party content
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The YouTube video only loads if you press play, at which point YouTube may set its own cookies. Booking links open Cal.com, a third-party site with its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to ledahconsulting@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
